Use files24.online as a best-effort browser-to-browser transfer tool for files you are allowed to send. The service does not take custody of your files and cannot guarantee delivery across every network.

Use

Send only lawful and authorized files

You are responsible for the files you choose to send and for making sure the recipient is allowed to receive them.

Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Do not attempt to overload, probe, or abuse the signaling service.
Respect recipient consent, workplace policy, and applicable law.

Availability

Delivery depends on browsers and networks

Direct transfer depends on both browsers, both devices, and the network path between them. Some environments block WebRTC or interrupt long-running tabs.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis.
A failed connection does not mean a server has a recoverable file copy.
Keep source files until the receiver confirms completion.

Responsibility

You control the room and the recipient

The short room code is a live handoff mechanism. Verify the recipient before sending anything sensitive and close the room when the transfer is done.

Do not share room codes in public channels for private files.
Use a new room for each sensitive exchange.
You remain responsible for the data you send and where it is saved.
